West Gate Business Park
The Class A business park broke ground in March of 2015. The two-phase development will offer a total of 2,000,000 +/- SF. The first structure in Phase I, comprised of 170,172 SF was completed in February of 2016. Companies seeking industrial, light manufacturing or warehouse space have several options within West Gate Business Park ranging from existing shell space ready for finish-out to build-to-suit options. Currently 83,200 SF is available for immediate tenant finish-out. The second structure in Phase I, offering 169,520 SF, is expected to break ground in the summer of 2016.
